Payment Options

Option 1: Bank Transfer (5% Discount)
Pay in advance by bank transfer and get an extra 5% OFF your order.

  1. Place your order and choose Bank Transfer (5% Discount) at checkout.
  2. We'll send you your final amount with 5% off on WhatsApp.
  3. Transfer that amount to the account below and send the receipt on WhatsApp at 0305 4307483.

Option 2: Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Pakistan. Rs.500/- is required in advance to confirm a COD order, sent to the bank account above. The Rs.500/- is adjusted in your final bill, and you pay the remaining amount on delivery.

Shipping Policy

  • We deliver to every city in Pakistan. Delivery charges depend on your city and are shown at checkout.
  • Orders are delivered in 3–5 working days after confirmation.
  • We confirm every order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.

7-Day Returns & Exchange

  • You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges for a different colour or product are welcome within the same 7 days.
  • Received a damaged item? Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds are issued once we receive and check the returned item. We'll confirm the refund method with you on WhatsApp.

How to request a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at 0305 4307483 with your order number.
  2. Tell us the reason and send a photo of the item.
  3. We'll confirm pickup or return instructions within one working day.
