Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

How much is delivery?
Delivery charges depend on your city and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us any time for an update.

Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. Rs.500/- is required in advance to confirm a COD order. It is adjusted in your final bill, and you pay the rest in cash when your order arrives.

Is there a discount for paying in advance?
Yes. Pay the full amount by bank transfer and get an extra 5% OFF. See the account details on our Shipping, Payment & Returns page.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?
We offer 7-day easy returns. If you are not happy with your order, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I exchange for a different colour?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Products & Care

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph every piece in natural light, but screens vary slightly. Ask us on WhatsApp for a live video of the fabric before you order.

How do I clean velvet and bouclé?
Vacuum gently with a soft brush and blot spills right away with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and strong direct sunlight.

Will the gold legs rust?
The bases are rust-resistant and gold-finished. Wipe them with a dry cloth to keep them shining.
